| Pharaoh Ring Saturday April 3rd 10:00-12:00 Cost $15 + Supplies Taught by:Tavette In this amazing class Tavette will be teaching students how to make a wonderful ring that uses square sterling silver and gold filled wire to encase a cabochon. Tavette says that this is a fun ring to make and even a beginner wire worker can make this ring. Students will have many cabochon choices and will be able to choose either sterling or gold filled wire. Students will need to bring a ring mandrel to class with them. This is the first time this class has been offered anywhere in our county so be sure to get signed up to be one of the first to learn this new ring. |
| Monthly Ornament Class Monday April 12th 5:30-8:00 Cost $35 Taught by:Kelly This is the 4th installment of our ornament series. Aprils birthstone is diamonds so students will be stitching a beautiful ornament together using clear crystals and stones. These ornaments make great gifts or stitch one together to get a headstart on Christmas. |
| Photo Charms Thursday April 22nd 6:00-8:00 Cost : 25.00 Taught by:Kelly In this class Kelly will be teaching students how to use photos, bezel caps, and resin to make memorable photo charms. Students will need to bring pictures either on a SD card or you will need to bring them on a contact sheet. Students who need help with pictures can stop by and Kelly will help you with the sizing. Students will learn to properly cut & put their pictures into bezels and then how to use the new UV Resin. Students will leave class with their completely cured pieces. |
| Butterfly Bracelet Tuesday April 20th 6:00-8:00 Cost $26 Taught by:Leslie In this spring class Leslie will be teaching students how to stitch together bicones and seed beads to make a cute bracelet that looks like butterflies. This is a fun bracelet to make & stitches up in no time |
| Roundelle Flower Bracelet Tuesday April 13th 6:00-8:00 Cost $26.00 Taught by:Kelly In this class Kelly will be teaching students how to first make miniature flower components made out of glass roundelle beads. Once all components are made then students will learn how to put them all together with other flower inspired beads to make a really cute and simple flower bracelet. This is a fun casual bracelet that would look great paired with a simple T-shirt and pair of jeans. It is very laid back for the laid back beader. Students must know basics of beading to take this class. |
| Victorian Pendant Saturday April 10th 10:00-1:00 Cost $24.00 Taught by:Kelly Big jewelry and pendants are in again this season. In this class Kelly will be teaching students how to make a big pendant that will keep you in fashion this season. Students will be learning how to encase a crystal Rivoli with seedbeads, crystals, and pearls. This is a fun pendant to make but only if you have some stitching experience! |
| Advanced Viking Knit #1 Friday April 9th 5:30-8:30 Cost : $10 + supplies Taught by:Amy In this first of 4 advanced classes, Amy will be teaching students how to do double knit stitch. Students will learn how to add beads to their knitting for embellishment. The chain produced in class will be used to make a necklace. Students must know to do basic viking knit to take this class. |
| Lace Drop Earrings Tuesday April 6th 6:00-8:00 Cost $20.00 Taught by:Leslie In this interesting class Leslie will be teaching students how to stitch a pair of earrings that look like delicate pieces of lace. These earrings are stitched together with seed beads and rose mantes. Wear them alone or let Leslie show you how to add a crystal dangle to the bottom of the component. These earrings will become your new favorite piece! |
| Fun Flower Components Tuesday April 27th 6:00-8:00 Cost : $15.00 Taught by:Kelly 2010 is the year of flowers. Floral prints are going to be everywhere. In this class Kelly will teach you how to make fun flower components that can be transformed into earrings, pendant, rings etc. These components are fun to make and once you make the first one, you will be hooked! |
| Crochet Necklace with Pendant Monday April 26th 6:00-8:00 Cost : $10 + supplies Taught by:Brenda Brenda is a wonderful crochet teacher and in this class she will be teaching students how to make a triple strand necklace with 8mm rounds and a focal pendant. This is a cute necklace with a fun spin using variegated cord. All you have to know is how to do basic crochet. |
| Bead Club Saturday March 24th 11:00-2:00 Cost : $25.00 Taught by:Kelly Students will be able to learn 3-4 new beading projects in one beading session. Projects have not and will not be taught at the store except for this one Saturday a month. Projects taught will include Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Rings, Anklets, Décor Items, and much more. All projects will be designed around new products that are in the store and will be designed to teach participants new techniques and stitches. All projects will be for beginner to advanced beaders. The $25.00 cost will include all beads needed for the projects. Students are asked to bring their own basic tools, needles, Fire Line, Head Pins, Eye Pins, Ear Hooks, Clasps, and Beading Cord. By bringing these supplies to class this keeps the cost of the projects low so that more projects can be taught in one session. Kits will be put together in various colors to save time during the class. Be sure and get signed up early as we are only going to allow 8 people to a class. |
